Are items guaranteed to be in stock?
No. Many items are single-stock listings from individual sellers. We confirm availability after you place an order. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you about the next step.
Are products new or pre-owned?
Many products are pre-owned, opened, or collector-owned. Please assume sold-as-is unless the product page clearly says otherwise.
Do you authenticate products?
We review listing photos and visible details, but we do not provide professional authentication or grading.
Why is international shipping not final at checkout?
For many proxy items, the final size and weight are only known after the item reaches our China receiving address. If extra international shipping is needed, we will confirm it before shipping abroad.
Can I return an item?
Because these are proxy-sourced single-stock items, returns and exchanges are generally not available unless Kippo Merch made a clear fulfillment mistake.
Can you find an item that is not listed?
Yes. Use Find It For Me and tell us the character, series, item type, target budget, and any reference images or links you have.
Do product pages show the original marketplace link?
No. We keep source marketplace links private to protect the sourcing workflow and avoid confusion for overseas buyers.
