• Most items are single-stock listings from individual sellers or resale platforms.
• After checkout, we confirm seller availability before purchasing whenever possible.
• If the item is no longer available, we will contact you about cancellation, replacement, or refund options.

International Shipping

• International shipping may be confirmed after the item reaches our China receiving address.
• Final shipping cost can depend on actual weight, package size, destination, and courier route.
• If extra international shipping is required, we will contact you before shipping abroad.
• Customs duties, import tax, and local delivery fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

• Pre-owned, opened, collector-owned, and single-stock proxy items are generally sold as-is.
• Returns and exchanges are not available for buyer preference, minor packaging wear, expected second-hand condition, or marketplace seller stock changes.
• If Kippo Merch clearly sends the wrong item or makes a fulfillment mistake, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Condition and Authentication

• We review listing photos and visible details before publishing items.
• We do not provide professional authentication, grading, or manufacturer warranty.
• Visible condition may be confirmed again after the item arrives at our China receiving address.
